I start with ingredients that make a tasty difference.
Oregon products preferred when possible. For instance...
Fresh, unsalted butter in
our French Buttercream...yummy! It makes a
delectable difference in taste. Growth
hormones & antibiotics in dairy products & eggs? No thank
you. I believe milk and eggs taste better without those additives
. . .just like I remember from my childhood.

Hazelnuts. Well, we used to call them filberts on my Grandparent’s
farm in Gervais. Still from Oregon & organic. Still nutty
& wonderful.

Coffee. For the buzz in some cakes
& buttercreams. Purely delicious. I taste test coffee daily,
for quality control. . .honest.

Fresh lemons & limes are squeezed
when a cake order calls for it. No bottled juices used here. If
I have squeezed too much, I don’t waste any of it. I make
margaritas. . . I mean lemonade.

Liqueurs are used for some of the buttercream choices. No artificially
flavored sugar syrups are used. If liqueurs aren’t on your
okay list, please see the additional buttercream flavors. I have
something tasty for everyone.

French Buttercream
Rich, real. . .just sublime! I am willing to take the time to
make this real buttercream and the difference is one that you
can taste. It has is a lightly sweet, buttery taste and is an
excellent choice for high quality buttercakes. So, when you’ve
outgrown those overly sweet powdered sugar frostings claiming
to be a buttercream, this is the choice for you.
Made with fresh unsalted butter, granulated sugar & eggs.
